There are no call backs from Blockgum Server app , Your server/mobile app does not send any data back to our server, It only connects with RPC/WS nodes of respective blockchain for blocks data and transaction submission.

Even license code is verified offline using Offline License Validation , Using MachineID and MD5(xPub).

Why and how we use your data

License Information:

We only process 2 information required for License

 

1. Machine Id of your Server [ a Unique string for your server : Does not translate back to your server or its IP ]

2. MD5 of your xPub key , This is non-reversible hash of your xPub Key that we need for Licensing purpose.

 

Debug Mode : By default off

When you opt for support and Add and enable our Sentry.io DSN information [ Only Our Sentry DNS can work] We get limited log from your server for debugging , using which we can provide support to you. This is Only to be added when you require support from us .

 

Provide our services

We process your personal data in order to provide you with our services and to communicate with you when administering your account, your purchases, processing your contact information in connection with you accessing our services, invoicing, financial reporting and providing support, training, professional services and general information regarding our services to you. Our processing for the purpose of providing our services is based on our legitimate interest to do so or on your prior consent.

We do not share your personal data to any of other vendors, Billing details are only shared with Gateway provider while checkout.
